Data credits buy data on the BigGeo Marketplace, dollar for dollar. Platform tokens run everything you do with that data on the platform: storage, queries, and exports. Every package includes both.
Growth and Scale include extra platform tokens on us: $2,500 on Growth and $6,000 on Scale. They are added on top of the tokens you pay for, not a discount on your data.
Starter credits are valid for 6 months. Growth and Scale credits are valid for 12 months. We recommend the package whose runway matches your project timeline.
You will get a heads-up before your balance runs out and can buy a prepaid top-up to keep going, or move up a package for more runway. You are never cut off in the middle of a project.
